A hands-on talkstory focused on learning about and experiencing the “ingredients” of a pīkai [Hawaiian ritual sprinkling with water and salt] and traditional cooking methods utilizing healing ʻai [plants], and iʻa [fish] to cleanse and feed us physically and spiritually
