Mental health is critically important to our sense of well-being and how we engage at school and work. Although 1 in 4 adults have diagnosable mental health concerns, seeking mental health support is often stigmatized. Mestisa C. Gass, PsyD, Program Director for Mental Health America of Hawaiʻi, will share expert insight on how we can tend to our own mental health needs and support others during difficult times.
