If you are reading this post, congratulations for recognizing SLEEP is an important part of your health and wellness.  If you are free and able to join us for Dr. Sheryl Shookʻs presentation on “SLEEP = A Better YOU”, it is this Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm at Lamakū Flex Space, 2nd Floor of Lama Library.  The one-hour professional development opportunity is open to all faculty and staff on our campus with no RSVP needed.  Specialty teas and fruits that promote calmness and relaxation will be provided by the Aloha Club.  Great way to start off the long holiday weekend!
