You are invite to join the Sustainability In Action (SIA) event this Friday, October 20th, 1:00pm~2:00pm, focusing on “Sustainability with A Culinary Twist.”

We will:

  • learn about the ways that the culinary department supports sustainability;
  • participate in a hands-on culinary garden and cooking demo learning experience;
  • reflect on how campus resources can be utilized for courses to motivate students with an interest in sustainability.
