The results from the fall 2022 wellness survey show the concerns and sources of strength for faculty and staff, as well as how they would feel more supported by campus administration.
Faculty and staff shared their final thoughts about the upcoming changes in 2023 with Chancellor Pagotto in the Diving into the Unknown Padlet. This was used to facilitate conversations at her last campus Zoom and was left open for additional anonymous comments until December 19th. Although some issues were addressed, others remain open and ongoing.
