There is an URGENT need for volunteers to help run our two Commencement Ceremonies (1 pm and 5 pm) on Friday, May 16th at Diamond Head Theatre.
CRITICAL ROLES: If we do not fill these critical volunteer roles (Check-in, Ushers, and Accessibility Assistance), we will NOT be able to run Commencement.
ALL OTHER ROLES: While these volunteer roles are not the most critical, we need to fill them to be able to run Commencement smoothly. If we do not fill these positions, then expect delays and confusion.

Wednesday, 5/14 – Monstera Picking: 1 people needed
Thursday, 5/15 – Set up at DHT: 2 people needed
Friday, 5/16
Student Check in (CRITICAL ROLE)
3:30 – 5:30 pm: 7 people needed
Accessibility Assistance (CRITICAL ROLE)
11:00 am – 3:15 pm: 1 person needed
4:00 pm – 6:15 pm: 1 person needed
Usher (CRITICAL ROLE)
12:00 pm – 2:30 pm: 1 person needed
4:00 pm – 6:30 pm: 4 people needed
Overflow/Lei Zone Hospitality
12:00 pm – 3:00 pm: 4 people needed
4:00 pm – 7:00 pm: 5 people needed
Graduate Greeter (helps to direct students to where they need to go)
11:00 am – 3:00 pm: 2 people needed
3:00 pm – 5:30 pm: 2 people needed
Guest Greeter (helps to direct guests and organize lines)
11:00 am – 3:00 pm: 1 person needed
3:00 pm – 5:30 pm: 1 person needed
Assist Professional Photographers
10:30 am – 12:40 pm: 1 person needed

Clean Up:
