We are still in need of volunteers for the Spring 2024 Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 10, 2024 for the following positions: (# of volunteers) Volunteer Role, (Shift start & End Time)
(1-2) Parking Lot B, (11:00am – 3:00pm)
(1-2) Parking Lot B, (2:45pm – 3:45pm)
(3) Check in Tables, (3:30pm – 5:30pm)
(2) Will Call, (3:00pm – 6:00pm)
(4) Guest Greeters, (2:45pm – 6:45pm)
(1) Accessibility Assistance, (4:00pm – 7:00pm)
(6) Guest Guides, (4:00pm – 6:30pm)
(6) Overflow Lei Zone, (12:00pm – 3:00pm)
(5) Overflow Lei Zone, (4:00pm – 7:00pm)
(5) Various Photographer Positions, (12:00pm -1:00pm) or (3:00pm – 4:00pm) or (4:00pm – 7:00pm)
(5) Clean Up, (6:00pm – 8:00pm)

If you would like to volunteer but not able to stay for the duration of the shift please provide the adjusted start and/or end time in Notes/Comments column (Column H).
