As many of you are aware, Kapi‘olani Community College is undergoing the peer review process for reaffirmation of our accreditation by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC). This rigorous process is essential for ensuring institutional quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Prior to the visit, the college will hold an open forum with the Accrediting Commission for the ACCJC peer review team on Thursday, February 13th, 2025 from 1:30 – 2:30pm via Zoom.

The Open Forum is a space for faculty, staff, and community members to provide the team with feedback on the college’s efforts to meet the Accreditation Standards. Per ACCJC recommended practice, members of executive leadership will not be in attendance. To ensure an accurate assessment of institutional quality and meaningful feedback by team members, we encourage you to attend and to be honest and candid in your feedback.
