Join us for a rejuvenating 45-minute mindfulness break that integrates yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. All levels. All welcome. Pause. Thrive. Flow.

RSVP to reserve your spot, or drop on by (drop-ins available as space allows).

Please dress comfortably and bring a mat or towel for floor-based practices — and maybe a blanket to keep warm as the room can be quite cool. We’ll be seated on the floor, so plan accordingly. Cushions and bolsters will be available for use. No need to change clothes as long as you’re comfortable.

Note: Latecomers are welcome! Feel free to join at any time, whether for the full session or just a 15-minute break.
