Mid-term faculty survey of students:

On Friday, October 11, faculty members gathered for the second *Letʻs Talk About Our Students* session of the Fall ʻ24 semester: “Mid-term Madness”. Our goal is for instructional and counseling faculty to come together and build community by discussing what we see in our students’ experiences and to collaborate for student success.

During the first two sessions, we shared with each other many experiences from working with our current KCC students, those post-pandemic students who have had interrupted learning from high school to college and who have had their careers and lives interrupted by the pandemic, and who bring with them many new needs and unique challenges.
