A cultural educator, research consultant, and lomilomi from the island of Oʻahu, BLANE PŌMAIKAʻI BENEVEDES of HALE PĀ MAIKAʻI will be our guest speaker to share some Hawaiian healing concepts and practices to help guide and enhance our self-care and overall health and well-being

**** Staff, please work with your supervisor if you wish to participate in any training or workshop that takes you away from performing your normal work duties.
For sessions that are two hours or more, a training request should be submitted to your supervisor. Note that this does not apply to instructional faculty. ****
