Aloha Kākou!

Kūkalahale, a collaborative program between Honolulu and Kapiʻolani Community Colleges, invites all students and staff to join us for our Hoʻomōhalu programs in December during the school break

NĀ MAKA O LONO [the Faces of Lono] a three-day, hands-on experience providing an opportunity to hoʻomōhalu [ease, relax] during the school break, and utilize an indigenous Hawaiian teaching and learning methodology

Engaging our senses, we will get acquainted with the multiple faces and characteristics of Lono through the exploration of his akua [deity], energy, and body forms

Session 1: Tuesday-Thursday, December 19 – 21, 2023 ~ 9:00am – 11:30am 

Session 2: Tuesday-Thursday, December 19 – 21, 2023 ~ 1:00pm – 3:30pm

**** Staff, please work with your supervisor if you wish to participate in any training or workshop that takes you away from performing your normal work duties.

For sessions that are two hours or more, a training request should be submitted to your supervisor.  Note that this does not apply to instructional faculty. ****
