Traffic Advisory: Rehabilitation of Streets Unit 89A, Kapi‘olani Boulevard
Kapi’olani Boulevard, between Harding Ave. and Atkinson Dr., will be under construction through August 2024.
Normal work hours will run from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The project may also include night work from 7:30 p.m. – 4 a.m. Sunday through Friday.
This project includes reconstruction of asphalt roads, concrete curbs and gutters, tree pruning, vehicle sensor loops, and pavement striping.
Street parking on Kapi‘olani Boulevard will be partially utilized for construction during this time frame. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to observe all construction signs and use caution while in the area.
