We are pleased to announce the launch of Kahua Kūpono: A Foundation for Inclusive Digital Learning, a self-paced professional development course that emphasizes both the foundational principles (kahua) of digital accessibility and a commitment to integrity and doing what is right (kūpono) in creating inclusive learning resources and environments.
All UH employees, including students, are welcome and encouraged to enroll. You’re welcome to simply access the resources and use them as a reference or complete the training and submit a competency assessment (minimum score of 85% required; unlimited attempts allowed) to earn a certificate for your documentation of professional development participation (e.g., dossier, annual performance evaluation).
