Flu Shot Clinic Happening Today! (Last Day) – Walk-Ins Accepted (September 26th from 12 -3 PM) in Kopiko 126 & 127A

Today is the final day of the 2024 Flu Shot Clinic!
Head over to Kopiko 126 & 127A anytime between 12 PM – 3 PM to receive your flu shot! Walk-Ins are accepted! 
Just bring with you the following:
  • Unexpired government issued photo I.D. 
  • Insurance card (digital copy accepted)
Note: We have printed consent forms available for you to complete at Kopiko 126 & 127A
