Aloha KapCC Employees,

Open enrollment is from May 1, 2025, to Friday, May 30, 2025. Open enrollment is the time to decide if your (and your dependents’) current health coverage will meet your needs for 2025 – 2026. During the open enrollment election period, you can do the following:

  • Add, change, or drop a health plan
  • Add or remove one or more dependents
  • Change coverage tiers (e.g., move from Self to Family or Family to Two-Party coverage)

Important Information:

  • Deadline to submit open enrollment changes in the portal, including uploading any required supporting documentation, is Friday, May 30, 2025, 11:59 pm HST.
  • EUTF will not contact you regarding outstanding supporting documents, and late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Effective July 1, 2025, dependent children ages 19-25 will be eligible to enroll in EUTF dental and vision coverage through age 25, regardless of student or marital status, and they do not need to live with the employee. Open enrollment is your opportunity to enroll or re-enroll your child.
