Registration for the 2024 Hawaiʻi Student Success Institute (HISSI) is now open!
Please register today and mark your calendar for Friday, March 8 to join us at this exciting systemwide, in-person event at the Hawaiʻi Convention Center. This year’s event will be inclusive of all employees including those in faculty/lecturer, APT (Administrative, Professional and Technical), Civil Service (white and blue collar), and executive/managerial positions. UHCC System funding will be available to cover travel expenses for any full-time employees and lecturers who teach eight credits or more and want to attend this free conference.
The theme for this year is “Building Dreams, Strengthening Communities: 60 Years of Hawaiʻi Community Colleges” as we celebrate our 60th anniversary as a community college system. We have over 70 engaging breakout session proposals that include topics from teaching and learning to safety and security. There are sessions for everyone!
