The Psychology Club is hosting another in-person event!Ā  We will be welcoming special guest speaker Jacob Koseki, Music Therapist, Friday, September 29th, 2:00 – 3:30 PM, in Olonā 208. Announcement:

Come learn about the therapeutic role that music can play in our lives! Jacob Kosekiā€™s career as a music therapist has taken him around America and given him the chance to work with diverse demographics. He is currently a board-certified music therapist and obtained a masterā€™s in guitar performance from Arizona State University in 2010. He currently teaches MUS 170 ā€“ music as therapy ā€“ at Kapiā€˜olani Community College. He will discuss what music therapy is and how it can be used in a variety of settings to promote mental health and wellness, how someone can become a music therapist, and share some of his personal insights from his career!
