**Mahalo to those who have already volunteered or who are presenting this year!**
Looking to learnĀ andĀ lend a helping hand at the same time? We have 7 spots in need of a facilitator.Ā 

We are asking for your kōkua in serving as a Zoom Facilitator during one (or more!) sessions at this yearā€™sĀ KapiŹ»olani Summer Camp, August 5-8, 2024.Ā 

We still need a few more volunteer facilitators on the following dates/times:Ā 

  • Wednesday (8/7) from 8:50 a.m. – 10:10 a.m. (2 needed)Ā 
  • Thursday (8/8) from 8:50 a.m. – 10:10 a.m. (3 needed)Ā 
  • Thursday (8/8) from 10:20 a.m. – 11 a.m. (1 needed)Ā 
  • Thursday (8/8) from 11:05 a.m. – 12:25 p.m. (1 needed)Ā

Facilitator kuleana includes things like introducing & assisting presenters, monitoring chat, and keeping time. We will not be recording Summer Camp, which means no recording duties!Ā 

Practice:

You donā€™t need to be a Zoom expert to support Summer Camp!

We will provide a training session via Zoom on July 29th from 12:00 to 12:30pmĀ (with a drop-in hour afterward from 12:30 to 1:30pm). A recording of the session and the facilitatorā€™s checklist will be sent to facilitators afterward.
