- 👖Get homemade kombucha (12:00pm) and free clothes as you learn how to upcycle at a workshop (10:30 am)!
- 📖 Students integrate ka’ao to tell stories about wayfinding, ADHD, mele (12:00 pm and 12:45 pm), and Kāne share their experiences in higher education (3:15 pm)
- 🔬 Did you know that students are using our campus as a living laboratory where students are building weather stations, monitoring native birds, and uncovering the potential medicinal use of native plants?
- 🦟 Worried about dengue, what’s in your water, or other health issues in Hawaiʻi? Learn what those buggahs like at 12 pm, the chemistry in your water and food (11 am), and what nurses are learning to help our communities (all day).
- 🚌 Get schooled from the next generation of Radford High School students on trashy beaches to classy composting (2 pm)
- 🌳Learn to play Kumulāʻau and win a free card deck from Fran Acoba, courtesy of Trees for Honolulu and ʻAha Kalāualani (1 pm to 3 pm)
- We have all kinds of presentations on robots, 3D printing to increase accessibility, making AI work for you, and so much more. ✨ Check out the different sessions and all our flyers! ✨
Pop in for 15-20 minutes anytime throughout the day to check out a presentation and get 🍗FREE FOOD from Oli’s Kitchen and Peace Cafe🥗. 🎁 Students can win prizes or extra credit for attending and filling out a short form on the website. You can submit as many entries as you want to win prizes such as Bluetooth speakers, headphones, LEGOs, Owala water bottles, and more!
