Looking for an opportunity to volunteer?

We would greatly appreciate your kōkua in serving as a Zoom Facilitator during one (or more!) of this year’s Kapiʻolani Summer Camp sessions, coming to you from Zoomalani on July 31-August 3, 2023. Sessions range from shorter, 30-minute open swim presentations, to longer, 70-minute group excursions. We will not be recording Summer Camp, which means no recording duties! So what is involved?

Facilitator kuleana includes things like introducing & assisting presenters, monitoring chat, etc. If you’re interested, please:

Practice:
You don’t need to be a Zoom expert to support Summer Camp!

We will provide a training session via Zoom on July 24 at 12:30-1pm (with a drop-in hour afterward from 1-2pm). A recording of the session and facilitator’s checklist will be sent to facilitators afterward.

Contact:
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any member of the Summer Camp Facilitator Coordination Team: Erica Dias (ecalistr@hawaii.edu) or Allyson Ota (allyson@hawaii.edu).

Mahalo ā nui,
