Attention all faculty responsible for curriculum changes: You’re invited to a Curriculum Clinic!

  • WHO: Anyone who is preparing curriculum proposals for submission in Fall 2024 is highly encouraged to attend; anyone who may want to get a jump start on future curriculum proposals is also welcome to join us.
  • WHAT: The Curriculum Clinic is intended to be a “one-stop shop” experience for faculty with curriculum updates due in the fall.
  • WHEN: Friday, April 19 from 11:30am – 1:00pm
  • WHERE: Lamakū Learning Center (2nd floor of Lama Library)
  • WHY: It will be an opportunity to get critical information about assessment/CLR completion and SLO structure, which will be reviewed closely as part of the curriculum approval process, and learn about the KSCM submission process.
  • HOW: The Curriculum Clinic is intended to be a highly productive, applied experience – you will not be sitting passively through info sessions; rather you will be supported in applying just-in-time information to your actual curriculum proposals, getting assistance from colleagues who are there to answer your specific questions, and completing the work you need to submit a successful curriculum proposal in the fall.

After a brief intro, you will rotate through 3 stations for specific, hands-on support:

  1. CLR requirements and support
  2. SLO requirements and support
  3. KSCM submission process and support

After participating in the Curriculum Clinic, faculty will be able to successfully submit a complete and properly prepared curriculum proposal.

REGISTER HERE!

Your registration by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 17 is greatly appreciated.
