Summer Camp Friday Field Day

What’s a summer camp without a little fun in the sun? This year’s event will feature our first-ever Friday Field Day at Kaimana Beach Park! This will be a fun day to reconnect with your colleagues in-person – talk story, play games, and learn new skills. We are looking for folks that may be interested in hosting some in-person sessions such as lei making, yoga, Zumba, a ukulele jam session, or anything that would be perfect for a lawn/beach day. We’re up for anything that sounds like fun to you, so feel free to get creative!

☀️ Want to help but have some questions? Contact our Field Day leads, Nadine Wolff (nwolff@hawaii.edu) and Romyn Sabatchi (romyn@hawaii.edu) to spitball ideas!

🐟 Open Swim: This 30-minute presentation is meant to share resources or strategies/processes. This session format is a fantastic opportunity to grapple with interesting issues, problem-solve/brainstorm as a group, and/or introduce a concept/resource while allowing participants to plan for its application in their own context!

⛰️ Activity Hour: These 40-minute health and wellness-focused sessions help engage participants in moving, meditating, and planning for healthy, holistic approaches to work/life balance!
